This policy explains how Avantia Health Optimization LLC ("Avantia," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information connected with Healthy & Awake® Time Management, the included Health Routine Head Start course, their checkout, and the student area. It does not govern separately purchased coaching services or any separate platform used to deliver them.

We do not sell personal information.
The checkout and student area use cookies and similar technology needed for functions such as keeping a session active, protecting the service, and remembering account activity. Your browser settings may let you limit cookies, but doing so can affect checkout, sign-in, or course access.
The sales page offers optional analytics. Before you choose “Allow analytics,” the sales page does not load Google Tag Manager, GA4, or Microsoft Clarity. If you choose “Keep essential only,” those tools remain off. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied in either case.
Your choice is stored in a Secure, SameSite=Lax cookie named healthy_awake_analytics_consent for healthyandawake.com. This lets a consenting visitor carry the same choice to course.healthyandawake.com for checkout measurement. A prior local-storage choice is migrated once and removed.
Clarity runs only on the Healthy & Awake® Time Management sales page after consent. It is not installed on the checkout, payment, or student surfaces. Microsoft states that Clarity masks sensitive content by default.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is not used on this site.

For a visitor who has allowed analytics, the order page can record the start of checkout as part of the same website journey. We do not send a GA4 purchase event. Systeme.io remains the source of truth for completed purchases and refunds. We reconcile those transaction records against checkout starts without assigning an unattributed sale to a particular visit.
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide course access, support the purchase, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Systeme.io, payment providers, Google, and Microsoft may process information outside the state or country where you live. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy notices and applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also ask questions about this policy or our handling of your information.
Email contact@avantiahealthoptimization.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate the correct account and protect it from unauthorized requests.
Deleting information may affect our ability to maintain course access or complete transaction-related obligations.
