I'm Mike Vera, a national board certified health and wellness coach. Healthy & Awake® Time Management is a practical time-management course for working adults who know what they want to do for their health but keep watching it fall out of a real day. Across 20 short lessons, you build one simple page around your priorities and routines, then use it to give one chosen health practice a place, support before a hard moment, and a way back when the day changes.
One purchase includes Healthy & Awake® Time Management and Health Routine Head Start. Together, they guide you through applying the system to one health routine in a real day.
Why knowing is not enough
Knowing what matters does not give it a place in the day.
After work, when you are tired, distracted, or the plan changes, a health practice can become one more decision you have to make in the moment. That is where it keeps getting postponed.
A pen gives you a blank page. It does not show you what will compete for your attention, make the first move visible, or create a way back after a hard day. That is the part you're buying: the procedures that give your plan more support when the day changes. I built this system while building my business, and I still use it to make room for my health and the rest of my life.
The course works with the work, apps, and interruptions already in your day. It gives the parts you can shape more support before the moment arrives, so the health practice you chose has a clearer place to live.
It was not lazy. Too much was being decided after the day had already started.

These numbers do not tell you what to change. They show time that can crowd out the food preparation, movement, nighttime routine, or open space you keep meaning to protect. The course helps you prepare the parts of the day you can shape before you have to decide everything in the moment.
The math: two estimates, added together and multiplied over a year, shown in full 24-hour days. The figures above are the worked example. Check the arithmetic yourself.

What I can stand behind
This course is new, so there are no student reviews yet. I use the system myself, and I have applied individual time-management and follow-through principles in coaching. One specific tool taught here, if-then planning, also has research behind it. That is not the same as claiming the complete course is proven, and I will not pretend it is.
A printed 19-item list, read out loud before surgery. This study is not your Tuesday morning. Its point is narrower: even the most trained team in the building works from paper. Eight hospitals, before and after, no control group, so the checklist is associated with these drops, not proven to have caused them.
Haynes et al., 2009. New England Journal of Medicine.Twenty-three labs put the willpower-runs-out story to a preregistered test. It did not hold up. One specific tool taught in the course, if-then planning, has been tested across 94 independent studies. The research supports that tool, not every part of this course.
Hagger and Chatzisarantis, 2016. Willpower replication. Gollwitzer and Sheeran, 2006. 94 independent tests of if-then plans. The question underneath it
The work starts early, one small piece at a time. The Daily Sheet is used for a real day once its pieces are in place.
Twenty lessons do not need to become another course left in a tab. Each section asks for one small move, and the Daily Sheet is used for a real day once its pieces are in place.
A missed day does not have to become a restart. That is why the course includes a way back. The system waits, so you can pick it back up the next morning instead of rebuilding from zero.
The course gives the parts of the day you can shape more support before the day begins, instead of asking a feeling in the moment to carry the whole plan.
Healthy & Awake® Time Management
Picture an ordinary Tuesday a few weeks from here. You know where the day begins because you made that decision the night before, while you were calm. Something goes sideways, because it's Tuesday, and you have a clear place to return the next morning instead of starting from zero.
You were never broken. Too much was being left for the moment to decide.
It's $47, one payment. Both courses are yours the second you pay: the daily system and its health-routine application. Print the Daily Sheet when you can. Nothing expires and nothing starts without you.
