Overview

Healthy & Awake uses a small number of services to publish the site, understand general site usage, deliver the newsletter, and connect visitors with external course and coaching services. We do not install advertising pixels during the organic-first launch period.

The newsletter form is provided by Substack. If you subscribe, Substack collects and processes the information you enter under its own privacy policy. A focus or click inside the embedded form may be measured as interest or submit intent. It is never treated as a confirmed subscription by Healthy & Awake analytics.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand page views, scrolling, and clicks on important site paths. Google Analytics may use browser storage and receive technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, referring page, and pages visited. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google advertising signals are disabled.

Google Tag Manager delivers the analytics configuration. The site does not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics until you choose “Allow analytics.”

Microsoft Clarity

With your permission, Microsoft Clarity runs only on the Healthy & Awake® Time Management sales page at /time-management. It helps us understand page use through heatmaps and session recordings. It is not installed on the checkout, payment, or student surfaces. Microsoft states that Clarity masks sensitive content by default.

Consent storage

Your analytics choice is stored in a Secure, SameSite=Lax cookie named healthy_awake_analytics_consent for healthyandawake.com. This lets a consenting visitor carry the same choice to course.healthyandawake.com. A prior local-storage choice is migrated once and removed.

“Keep essential only” keeps Google Analytics and Clarity off. The clear-choice control below expires the shared cookie so you can make a new selection.

Cross-domain measurement

For a visitor who has allowed analytics, the sales page and checkout can be understood as one journey. A checkout start is not a purchase. We do not send a GA4 purchase event. Systeme.io remains the source of truth for completed purchases and refunds, which are reconciled against checkout starts without assigning an unattributed sale to a particular visit.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is not used on this site.

Coaching links

Coaching scheduling is handled on an external Healthie page. Healthy & Awake measures only that an outbound discovery link was selected. We do not treat that click as a completed booking and do not access Healthie through this website analytics implementation. Client-results links are also measured only as outbound clicks.

Affiliate links

The Tools page contains affiliate links. If you purchase through one of those links, Healthy & Awake may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. The external company processes any order and payment information under its own privacy policy.

External services and retention

Google, Microsoft, Substack, Systeme, and the external services you choose to visit may retain information according to their own policies. Healthy & Awake uses the reporting available from these services for audience understanding and course-journey measurement. We do not sell or rent newsletter addresses or analytics data.
