These terms apply to the Influencing Yourself course and its optional Steal My Setups order bump. They do not apply to separately purchased coaching or other services, which have their own enrollment terms.
Influencing Yourself is a digital course that includes twenty lessons, five worksheets, and the Daily Sheet. After a successful purchase, access is provided through the Systeme.io student area using the email address supplied at checkout. The course is sold with lifetime access.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for using an email address you can access. If you need help with access, email contact@avantiahealthoptimization.com and include the email address used for your order.
Influencing Yourself is offered as a one-time $37 purchase. There is no subscription charge for the course.
At checkout, you may choose to add Steal My Setups for a separate one-time $19 charge. It is optional. The main course is complete without it. If you add it, it is delivered as a separate student-area product.
The price, payment method, and any applicable taxes shown at checkout control the transaction.
Influencing Yourself is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the course is not for you, email contact@avantiahealthoptimization.com within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Include the name and email address used at checkout. No form or completion requirement applies to the course refund request.
The guarantee covers the full amount paid in the original Influencing Yourself checkout. That means a course-only purchase receives a $37 refund, and a course purchase that included Steal My Setups receives the full $56 refund. Any applicable taxes collected with that original checkout are included in the refund.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Payment-provider processing time can vary.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the course and its included materials for your own use. You may print the worksheets and Daily Sheet for your personal use. You may not share your login, resell the course, distribute course materials, or reproduce them for commercial use without written permission from Avantia.
All course content, worksheets, branding, and materials remain the property of Avantia Health Optimization LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to the course. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, security work, or a problem with an internet or platform provider. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the course, other users, or our rights.
You may not use the course or student area to interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.
The course provides educational material and tools. Individual experiences and results vary. We do not promise a particular personal, professional, financial, or other outcome from using the course.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avantia Health Optimization LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the course or these terms. Our total liability for a claim connected with Influencing Yourself will not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to that claim.
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact contact@avantiahealthoptimization.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly. These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
We may update these terms for future purchases or where law requires. The version posted at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
