This policy explains how Avantia Health Optimization LLC ("Avantia," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information connected with the Influencing Yourself course, its checkout, and its student area. It applies to this course and its optional Steal My Setups order bump. It does not govern separately purchased coaching services or any separate platform used to deliver them.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us or that is created when you use the course, including:

• Your name, email address, and the order details you enter at checkout.
• Purchase, enrollment, and access information, including whether you added Steal My Setups.
• Course-account information, such as the lessons you can access and your course progress.
• Messages or requests you send to customer support.
• Limited technical and usage information generated when you use the checkout or student area, such as browser, device, IP-address, login, and page-interaction information.

Payment details are collected and processed through the payment method selected at checkout. Avantia does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Process your order and provide access to the course and, when purchased, Steal My Setups.
• Send purchase, account-access, service, and support communications.
• Respond to access or customer-support requests.
• Maintain the security and operation of the course, checkout, and student area.
• Keep business and transaction records and comply with legal obligations.

When information is shared

We share information only as needed to operate the course or meet a legal obligation. This includes:

• Systeme.io, which hosts the course, student access, checkout, and course-related email delivery.
• Stripe or PayPal, depending on the payment method used at checkout, to process your payment.
• Service providers that help operate, secure, or support these services, when they are acting on our behalf.
• Government authorities, professional advisers, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or needed to protect our rights, users, or operations.

The privacy practices of Systeme.io, Stripe, and PayPal are governed by their own notices. You can review Systeme.io's Privacy Policy, Stripe's Privacy Center, and PayPal's Privacy Statement.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and technical information

The checkout and student area use cookies and similar technology needed for functions such as keeping a session active, protecting the service, and remembering account activity. Your browser settings may let you limit cookies, but doing so can affect checkout, sign-in, or course access.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide course access, support the purchase, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Systeme.io and payment providers may process information outside the state or country where you live. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy notices and applicable law.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also ask questions about this policy or our handling of your information.

Email contact@avantiahealthoptimization.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate the correct account and protect it from unauthorized requests.

Deleting information may affect our ability to maintain course access or complete transaction-related obligations.
